Interesting concept. What does screwed forever mean to me??? depends on the day. I couldn't find the fragrance set Lee mentioned. When I went to the site I only saw 4 photos and couldn't seem to link to anything else. I do like the ring in your photo.

Love the name. Love every piece, but especially Glossy Seed. I gotta admit, Andrews statement was pretty darn good "Being screwed forever beats the hell out of being screwed, forever". However, I do love the concept of the strength of love being as strong as the metals, and bound together in strength.

In the kindred quality of Zivilea's work, I would have to say screwed forever is the delicate balance, which is love. Elements, stone, metal, water, concentric dreams. Materiality forever with, or apart, always connected. Sculptures for the heart.

DeleteWhen I went to the site, there were only 4 pieces to select from. The rings in dual tones are my favorite. The mix of metals is perfect for representing different colors...different moods...different personalities.

Two rings being 'screwed' together to allow each partner to follow their own dreams going their own way in life...but connected (screwed) together in love. The medals (partners) not bound or 'welded' together...allowing each to soar in their dreams and staying together.

Since I do everything with my wife, I showed her this and she raved about style p with glossy seed.

Both of us were married before, went through bad divorces, had children with others, and found each other despite all the baggage. The images of SCrewed forever speak to us because it's being brought together and staying together despite our massive flaws.
